Cancellation and Refund Policy Thank you for choosing Emartbiz ("the Company," "we," or "us"). This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines our rules and procedures for returning and exchanging products/services. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

1. Returns and Exchanges

a. Eligibility: Products/services may be eligible for return or exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/service must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

b. Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at admin@emartbiz.com or Emartbiz, Kidangoor, Angamaly, Kerala – India or Mob No. +91 80860 93777. Provide your order details, including the order number and a description of the item/service you wish to return or exchange. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

2. Refunds

a. Processing Time: Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available or if the purchase was made using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit or a gift card. If the customer is registered, a return payment address–all return will be passed to that address.

3. Exceptions

a. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items/Services: The following items/services are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Some items are non-returnable, notified in product detail view items/services that are exempt from the return and refund policy, such as digital downloads, perishable goods, customized products, etc.

b. Damaged or Defective Items/Services: If you receive a damaged or defective item/service, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item/service and will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping Costs

a. Return Shipping: If you are returning an item/service, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated.

b. Refund of Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to our error or a defective/damaged item/service.
